"I found the staff to be dishonest. Shamelessly dishonest and greedy. Once a customer pays, it's paid. Just because you arbitrarily decide that the customer paid too little, it's bad business practice and unprofessional to demand more money making the paid customer feel like either they pay you more money or they won't have access to internet restored.
Also, and I should mention this because I still don't know what it was but if you are thinking of staying here, ask what the blinking red light...
"No lift, only staircase.Inconvinien for old folk or with heavy luggage if you stay lvl 3.
1st glance of room looks ok. But later found small cockroach in the room. Also a small insect on bed sheet. And also, there is small ants on the wall and table. Room is spacious with window for superior type. The toilet layout is strange that need 3 steps on it.Poor sound proof. Wont be return if have a choice."
"It was a pretty decent hotel, comfortable and big room. The walls were thick but there was some very noisy guests, but that's not the hotel's fault. However, the location was not very convenient, there's a big highway right in front of it and the only way to cross was a walkway that was about 500m from the hotel. Also, not a whole lot to see in the surrounding area."
