Room not well maintained, broken dryer, splinter under table, broken electrical outlets, bed in the living room with no blankets although advertised as sleep 7, broken bathroom door, average cleanliness. Overall still livable. Couldn't see petronus twin tower from the infinity pool, false advertisement.

All the staff were very friendly especially the lady on the buggy. Breakfast in the lounge was delicious. Our room was upgraded which was a lovely surprise. The pool is lovely and we had a great stay.

Staff was awesome, room was clean, restaurant food was good. Make sure you understand the shuttle schedule, in the evening it's every two hours, so unless you are on time I recommend using bolt or grab so you don't sit for two hours.
