We arecompletely amazed by this luxury hotel. From the staff to the facilities, everything is simply flawless. The team truly goes out of their way to assist you and even remembers your name. Upon our arrival, we were welcomed with complimentary massages and refreshing towels, a lovely touch! The check-in process was smooth and personalized, with no waiting in line. Initially, we had booked the Merchant room with stunning Marina views, which was beautiful, but we were offered an upgrade to the Viceroy room with a sea view. We qualified for a complimentary upgrade, but for some reason, there was a charge, which was fine, and we don’t regret it at all. The room was exceptional, featuring a four-poster bed and ample space. The bathroom was impressive with his and hers sinks. Each room comes equipped with a Nespresso machine, which is fantastic. My only minor concern is that the mugs are quite large and don't fit properly under the machine, causing them to tilt. Unfortunately, when I left the machine unattended, the mug fell and broke. It might be wise to consider providing appropriately sized mugs to prevent any accidents. The swimming pool was wonderful, offering plenty of areas to relax and unwind. Breakfast at the Planters was incredible! You can choose between à la carte and a beautifully arranged buffet. Breakfast was absolutely delicious! There are numerous dining options available as well. Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay here in Langkawi. From the moment we arrived, the team greeted us with genuine warmth and made each of us—from our youngest child to the grandparents—feel right at home. Every detail had clearly been thought through in advance, so check-in was seamless and our rooms were perfectly prepared for a family of seven. I truly recommend this property especially for family with kids!
