"An absolutely excellent hotel! Beautiful rooms, spotless cleanliness, outstanding restaurants and breakfast, wonderful staff, and a very convenient airport shuttle. However, there is one major drawback that significantly affects the overall experience: **air conditioning**. We stayed twice in October, when outdoor temperatures were still above 25°C, but the room climate system had already been switched to heating mode. The rooms were unbearably hot and stuffy. Windows could only be opened slightly, which didn't help, and the staff were unable to resolve the issue. It's a real shame, as everything else about this hotel is exceptional. This is the one issue that prevents us from giving it a perfect rating."

"Overall I am positive about the stay. Excellent location, clean hotel and rooms. The breakfast is fair enough. The only comment I would make is that amenities are too basic. I understand it’s budget style (not cheap though), but just too basic. We knew it has no fridge, smaller room, but didn’t expect there is no hairdryer. I would give 5 star otherwise."
