It is only a few hundred meters to the sea, approx. 8 minutes walk to the beach and 3 minutes walk to the park center with supermarket and daily fresh. Bun.

The holiday villa is located in the Banjaard residence in Zeeland, the sunniest province in the Netherlands. The kilometer-long Banjaard beach has received multiple awards, the location is unique, between the North Sea, Oosterschelde and the Veersemeer, a water sports paradise. The beautiful cities of Zierikzee, Goes, Middelburg, Domburg and Veere are easily accessible. Nature lovers can explore the area by bike or along the hiking trails. ++ Sehr gute Lage, Inventar mehr als ausreichend, Nähe zum Strand sehr angenehm vor allem mit kleineren Kindern, großer Garten mit großem Tisch und ausreichend Stühlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt ! - Was wir vermissten: im Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss würden ein Handlauf und eine Gummimatte das Ein- und Aussteigen erleichtern

séjour familial dans un véritable havre de paix

emerveillement arrivés sur place en découvrant la villa,la propreté,la vue,l'agencement. toute la famille y a trouvé son compte.Très bonne disposition des chambres et sdb parc magnifique où les petits ont appris à rouler à vélo sans danger tout est à proximité y compris la plage ,la voiture est restée 3 jours sans bouger. rien à redire,juste envie d'y retourner .

Wij hebben heerlijk genoten van het zeer prettige en comfortabele huis. Lekker ruim, lekker warm en schoon. Goede bedden en volop servies, bestek en ander kookgerei. Zeer leuke locatie, kortom een uitstekend huis en een aanrader voor gezelschappen!

Schönes Haus in einer super Lage

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Es hat alles geklappt, das Haus war sauber und die Lage war optimal. Wir waren nur ein Wochenende da, von daher konnten wir gar nicht alles nutzen. Der Strand ist direkt zu erreichen, das hatte für uns an dem Wochenende Priorität.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Wir waren zu 7 Erwachsenen dort und hatten reichlich Platz. Es ist alles in großen Mengen (Besteck, Geschirr, Gläser.... usw) was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt vorhanden. Der Außenbereich ist sehr groß und hübsch angelegt. Genügend Stühle, Liegen, Grill, Tisctennisplatte vorhanden. Alles in allem hatten wir eine super Woche in einen top Ferienhaus. Fam. Krieger

Das Haus wurde so vorgefunden wie es beschrieben wurde. Alles vorhanden, ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck für 6 +Erwachsene, alle Elektrogeräte vom Waffeleisen bis zur Kaffeemaschine, kleiner Backofen- aber zum Brötchen aufbacken ausreichend, detaillierte hilfreiche Bedienungsanleitung für das Haus, Internet und TV prima, genügend Platz im Haus, großes Ess- Wohnzimmer, 10 Gehminuten zum Strand, 10 Autominuten zum nächsten Supermarkt incl. Aldi, rundherum sehr empfehlenswert.

Geschmackvoll, komfortabel, bestens ausgestattet.

Wir (eine Gruppe von 9 Erwachsenen) haben unseren dreitägigen Aufenthalt in der Villa Sejama sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung ist unübertroffen, hier fehlt es an nichts. Die Organisation verlief absolut reibungslos. Und in der Umgebung gibt es für jedes Alter und auch zu jeder Jahreszeit viel zu entdecken und zu unternehmen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tolles und geräumiges Haus

Das freistehende Haus liegt mit dem Garten an einer Wasserfläche. Morgens konnten wir den Fischreiher bei seiner "Arbeit" zusehen. Das Haus hat sehr viel Platz und ist sehr gepflegt. Alles, was man zum täglichen Gebrauch benötigt, ist in der Küche vorhanden. Wir haben es sehr genossen, uns in der Sauna zu entspannen. Das Haus liegt lediglich ca. 400 m vom Strand entfernt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter funktionierte einwandfrei; auch die Schlüsselübergabe mit dem Verwalter vor Ort war problemlos. Alles in allem war es ein toller Aufenthalt, an dem nichts zu bemängeln war. Wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder wählen und können es deshalb auch weiterempfehlen.

Tolles Ferienhaus, ideal für Familienurlaub mit vielen Leuten

Wir haben die Herbstferien mit zwei Familien (4 EW, 3 Kinder) im Haus verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist toll, wenn man abgeschlossene Ferienanlagen mag. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, viele kleine Häuser in der Nachbarschaft lassen im Sommer bestimmt eine lebendige Stimmung entstehen. Man hat vom Garten einen tollen Blick auf die Teichanlage, keiner kann in den Garten schauen, da er direkt am Wasser liegt und gegenüber eine große Wiese ist, die die Kinder auch zum spielen nutzen können. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 5 Minuten am tollen Strand. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und 8-10 Leute haben bequem Platz darin. Die Zimmer sind groß und selbst wenn in zwei Zimmern 3 Betten belegt sind, hat jeder noch genug Platz. Beide Bäder sind modern ausgestattet, die WCs sind jeweils separat. In der Anlage gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, in dem man das nötigste kaufen kann - zu hohen Preisen. Aber zum Brötchen holen morgens ist es o.k. Fahrräder können dort auch gemietet werden und es gibt Kinderanimation - selbst bei wenig Besuchern im Herbst (was unsere Kinder allerdings nicht genutzt haben). Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
