The check in process was pretty smooth, food and a bar was available, but not used. Room was very clean, and A/C was COLD! Bed was a bit stiff, and while the apartment was very nice it was bare. Only the minimum items, one bar of soap, no small towels, no extra. Overall a nice stay.

I booked the hotel via Expedia and made payment a couple of days before my travel. When , I arrived to Kampala, I took an Uber to go to the apartments. I was so surprised to find that that the apartments were still under construction. I tried reaching out to Expedia - they were not helpful at all. One and a half hours later the Manager of the apartments called me. He told me that he had instructed Expedia to remove the hotel from the site and did not understand why they had not done so. He also mentioned that he manages a couple of other apartments in Kampala and gave me an offer to stay at Kampala Boulevards Suites at the same rate - which I did.
