The hotel itself is lovely, you can see that a lot of effort has been put into the decor - especially the terrace area. Unfortunately we didn’t enjoy our stay too much. My partner ordered the mushroom risotto and let’s just say it did not sit well with him. On top of that it was the most overpriced food we ever had in a hotel. I ordered a starter soup and it was less the size than a cappuccino cup. My salad was 21 euros, which is already overpriced but then it was also disappointingly basic. A big chunk of green leaves with two round goats cheeses. Barely anything else. Maybe 2 chopped up tomatoes and 5-6 tiny pieces of cucumber. Less than a spoonful of apple ragout. In the morning light we saw that the toilet seat was very stained. It looked clean but that’s still unappealing and I hope they‘ll replace it. The shower drain was clogged up, too. So the bathroom can do overall with a better upkeep.

Alles okay soweit - und dafür zu teuer

Der Empfang hätte freundlicher sein können, da hat uns die Herzlichkeit gefehlt - was schade ist, denn der erste Eindruck prägt ja die Stimmung. Das Zimmer war okay - guter Durchschnitt, nicht weniger, nicht mehr. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Da wir eine externe Veranstaltung besucht haben, konnten wir das Restaurant und den Wellness-Bereich nicht nutzen. Für eine reine Übernachtung ist der Zimmerpreis unangemessen hoch (ich übernachte 70x pro Jahr und glaube, das beurteilen zu können) - zumal in Kamp-Lintfort. Das Hotel liegt unmittelbar an einer stark befahrenen Straße; die idyllischen Fotos hier vermitteln einen falschen Eindruck. Völlig drüber ist unserer Meinung nach der Preis von 25€ pro Person fürs Frühstück. 100m die Straße runter ist eine Bäckerei mit nettem Café, da gibt es ein bezahlbares Frühstück. Wir würden beim nächsten Mal vermutlich eher nach einem anderen Hotel schauen.

Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft. Alle sind sehr nett und herzlich. Alles ist super sauber und sehr modern. Die Anlage ist einfach wunderschön. Das Frühstück morgens am See hat uns am besten gefallen. Zudem ausreichend Parkplätze und eine tolle Anbindung an Busse.

Das Wellings Parkhotel ist wunderschön, war schon zu dritten mal dort, das zweite mal im 4 Bettzimmer. Hier ist alles sehr gut, aber auf der Toilette fehlt ein Spiegel und im Duschbad gab es keinen Mülleimer, das sollte geändert werden. Ansonsten tolles edles Haus. Immer wieder gerne.

Klimaanlage funktioniert schlecht. TV Kanäle sind aufgeführt, aber nicht eingestellt. Ständige Aussetzern. Die betten Kunden auch eine Erneuerung verbrauchen. Das Essen im Restaurant qualitativ hochwertig. Die Bedienung am Abend war hervorragend.

Wir haben mit unseren beiden Kindern ein Familienzimmer gebucht. Tolles Zimmer, gut durchdacht. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Frühstück und Service waren sehr gut, das Personal sehr freundlich. Schade war nur, dass wir das Schwimmbad auf Grund von Wartungsarbeiten nicht nutzen konnten, aber das muss ja auch mal gemacht werden.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Der Aufenthalt war wunderbar. Das Hotel ist optisch sehr ansprechend und die Mitarbeiter*Innen waren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Wellnessbereich war etwas klein für die Größe des Hotels, allerdings gibt es wohl schon Bauaurbeiten um diesen zu vergrößern. Einzig die Matratze war uns beiden zu hart. Alles andere war prima. Frühstück war toll und Abends haben wir beide Male eines der Restaurants genutzt mit sehr leckerem Essen.

Besser geht (fast) nicht mehr!

Super! Vom Taxiruf bis zur Unterbringung meines Koffers in einem separaten Raum. Auch das Frühstück war in der Früh fertig (6:30 Uhr am Samstag), es wurde nicht noch umgeräumt, etc. Die Bedienung am Buffet war sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. TOP !
