"Amazing stay!!! As two English only speakers the staff were wonderful with trying to accommodate and communicate with us. The lady at the front desk who was short with short hair was so kind to us. The property is amazing and the traditional Japanese room was fabulous. Love the stay. Public bath was a unique and clean experience, dinner and breakfast were included! Would definitely return. "

"設備については素晴らしいと思いました。ワンちゃんも凄く楽しそうでした。 サービスについては改善の余地があると思います。無人のホテルであるが故に、オペレーターは設備に詳しくないといけないと思います。 ブレーカーが落ちたのですが、その対処について聞いたところ、「寝室の物入れに入っている、それ以上に把握していない。弊社は沢山の施設を保有しているので、全てを把握していない。他にもお客様がいるのであとは自分で対処して欲しい」と言われました。 あまりに無責任だと感じましたし、オペレーターの女性の高圧的な態度が非常に不快でした。 せっかくの旅行が台無しです。"
