"Great breakfast, so many choices and staff kept the everything stocked & clean. A nice reception area to relax with a drink. Room was clean as was the bathroom. Comfy bed, great pillows & nice comforter. Location is very handy, all sights are an easy walk. Front desk staff smiled and answered all questions."

"Large skyscraper of a hotel with bus tours and many guest, yet somehow they managed to maintain a warm and efficient atmosphere. The buffet breakfast was delightful. We'll done!"

"Overall, this place was just barely OK. Only one of 8 staff we interacted with were friendly, the rest did not seem to care at all that we were there. One afternoon the restaurant staff completely ignored us for 30 minutes and I found them inside chatting and playing on their phones. The air conditioning in our room didn’t work, but when we advised the front desk they first said that was impossible then finally said they would look into it but they didn’t. And possibly because of the open fire in the restaurant, the entire hotel common area smelled of stale food, or worse. Overall this place has potential, but I would not recommend primarily because of the poor service."

"An excellent stay for 4 nights. Large and comfortable room with great views. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast which had great options. Staff are wonderful - from reception to dining. An easy walk to the old town and especially convenient for the train station. Highly recommended."
