"Room clean, overall level of tardiness elsewhere. Soulless atmosphere. Very slow checkin. Difficulty in accessing room..told to wait until they fixed it. Unnecessary prolonged discussion re airport transfer (we had it written as included). Some noise. Very poor breakfast (compared to other hotels we stayed at). Grounds nice, but dirt area around pool (viz not paved), tired looking room with checked curtains and small vanity area. Location is proximal to airport, however little else surrounding. Amenity of room poor (devices power point location of air con next to one side of bed), air con which blew right onto your face when sleeping). Overall definitely would not return."
