Our room was not clean. Dirty floors and dusty everywhere. Bed was clean though. Soap dispensers were broken, no toilet paper and no wash cloths. Property was very run down. Would not stay here again

Coast Kamloops Hotel & Conference Centre
Everything was great! Staff was great! The food in the restaurant was fantastic! Only complaint I would make is that the hotel needs to make a rule for adults only for the last 1 hour from 8:30pm-9:30pm in the pool and hot tub. It is FULL of small kids from open to close.
