Great location with ease of access to several Tokyo areas and walking distance to some; Tsujiki market is a 30 minute walk. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was big enough for a family of 4 ( 2 beds and bunk beds) Mattress was very hard but I enjoyed it and the separate shower, sink, toilet areas made mornings easy. There is also the convenience of the small in-room kitchen if you're planning to cook. Price was average for Tokyo but expensive when compared to other places.
