"Good location, lots of parking (but a bit pricey). Good breakfast, dinner limited but there is a good salad bar. Elevators & location of fitness room vs pool a bit confusing. Evening reception & restaurant staff not very helpful - couldn't have beds rearranged, gave somewhat incorrect info on dinner timing & options, unable to address possible change of dates for stay."

"We’ve come here every year, it’s family friendly, has good connections to public transport and is in a green, lovely location. Disappointing service this time, the room did not get cleaned, apparently you have to book room cleaning?! Even with booking the room wasn’t cleaned, no clean towels or soap refill, sink blocked, dirty floors… for a Radison Blue and four stars very poor services. I complained daily, at the end I had enough. Not coming back here, it’s ruined our holiday having to moan about service that should be in place without complaints. I raised it today at check out again, yes, I got an apology but it’s just not good. We will not return!"
