**Professionally Managed Property by Park City Host-Vacation Rentals**

Welcome to our 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom Black Rock Ridge townhome in the Beautiful Park City, UT, Home of Deer Valley and Park City Ski Resorts.

**OVERVIEW**
Located in the Black Rock Ridge complex. Four large bedrooms and bathrooms. Two car garage with space on the driveway if needed. This unit has been fitted with all brand new furnishings, linens, appliances and Décor. Before your arrival the home will be cleaned thoroughly by our professional cleaning team.

**LOCATION**
A short 5-7 minute drive will find you in Old Town Park City where you find shopping, groceries and leisure activities. Super easy access to the highway to SLC and Airport.

**GETTING AROUND**
You will need a car for this location, parking is outside of the home on the driveway and in the private garage. Contact us for car rental information and recommendations.

**AMENITIES**
Our home is outfitted with the best furnishing to make your stay as comfortable as possible. TVs, couches, beds, linens, washer/dryer, kitchen utensils. Best of all a private hot tub on our back deck through the master bedroom.

Great property

Stayed with my family and one other, 8 total and was very comfortable except for a few items, otherwise, great house as advertised. Has everything you need and is super nice inside just as the photos show. The Nest thermostat is on a schedule which was a little challenging to manage. Only a few soft pillows, most firm or medium at best. Only one humidifier which was a bummer, but I bought a new one and left it there so now they have two. Would definitely rent this house again!
