"I tried your virtual help, not of any help.
Arrived and the door was locked. No one there no reception. A man then came, didn’t want our passports or anything. Construction materials and dirt everywhere!!!
NO one else in entire place. A man gave us a key. The pictures will tell the story. Broken down, dirty, a mattress of stains and what appeared to be straw or horse hair. No soap, stained old little table. Noise from saws below us. I tried to find the one man that gave us the key, I could NOT....
"Beautiful historic property and location with very attentive hosts. Great location for exploring the Grossglockner High Alpine Road and Hohe Tauren National Park."

"Lovely modern room, very nicely decorated. Comfy cosy bed, powerful big shower, good air conditioning. Hotel is perfectly located just off the top of the main street. Short walk to the train station and lido. "
"This is a lonely, fairly small hotel. We stayed in the Panorama Suite which was really spacious, impressive and comfortable with great views. This is a great hotel to be near the zell am see slope, walking distance to rental shops and the slope. The breakfast was nice, although the restaurant is quite small and it does get very busy with everyone wanting to hit the slopes in the morning. There is space at the hotel to store ski equipment, although it is limited and if you stay or later you're not guaranteed space. We were a little disappointed but the facilities, we thought there would be more spa like facilities but it is just a sauna in the basement which we didn't fancy going in. In the local area there isn't too much going on - we found the dining options limited from a vegetarian/vegan perspective, and a lot of activities that were recommended were not open until summer (i.e boat trips on the lake). We would rather have stayed in Kaprun on reflection. However it was still a good stay, and it's also conveniently located for bus stops to take you to the other slopes. Would recommend for a short stay. "
"my 3 companions and I were delighted with this property. Staff was very attentive to our needs. Chef was marvelous. Breakfast was probably the best I've ever had at a hotel. Dinner was on par with many of the best high end restaurants in my hometown of Tucson, which is recognized as an "
"Very nice hotel, great spa.
Unfortunately there are less and less places run by Austrians.
It is more and more difficult to find a Weiner Schnitzel from year to year, being replaced by halal kebab.
