"Very nice place to stay in the middle of the beautiful Alps. Our 2 bedroom apartment was really spacious with a large living room and bathroom, that contains a small sauna. "An Exceptional Stay in Austria – Truly Unforgettable! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One of the finest hotels I have ever stayed at in Austria. Everything about this place is simply exceptional, from the breathtaking surroundings and beautiful facilities to the genuinely warm hospitality. Imagine waking up to the soothing sound of a waterfall, surrounded by majestic mountains, before heading down to enjoy a wonderful breakfast spread, elegantly served on crisp, white tablecloths. Such a simple yet luxurious experience. Absolutely splendid! A very special appreciation goes to Jonni, Anton, and the lovely lady at the reception whose name I unfortunately didn't manage to get (blonde haired lady). Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made our stay incredibly personal and memorable. They are truly among the hotel's greatest assets. Beautiful facilities can impress guests, but it is people like them who make guests feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated. Swimming while overlooking the mountains and waterfall was an experience in itself. The scenery was breathtaking, and the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing. Another wonderful bonus was having access to the Urban Nature facilities, which added even more value to the overall experience. Everything about this hotel is top-notch. P/s: Jonni, the iced latte seakan-akan starbucks with oatmilk were very nice! Thank you."

"The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and I appreciated the small kitchenette. Having a fridge, kettle, and coffee maker was a thoughtful and convenient touch. My main disappointment was the limited opening hours of the spa and gym, which close at 20:00. For me, one of the greatest benefits of staying at a hotel with a spa is being able to return after a day of sightseeing, have dinner, and then relax in the spa before bed. It is a wonderful way to unwind and prepare for a restful night. With the current opening hours, however, the spa really needs to be used before dinner. The last thing you want to do is get dressed again and head back out for the evening. Extending the spa hours would make a significant difference to the overall experience and, in my opinion, would make the additional cost much easier to justify. I unfortunately did not feel that I was able to fully enjoy the facility. Another consideration, particularly for summer visitors, is the lack of AC. This seems to be quite common in Austrian accommodation, but during warmer weather I would find it difficult to sleep comfortably without it. For a summer stay, I would recommend confirming that your accommodation has AC if this is important to you. Overall, the property has several nice features but the early spa closing time and lack of air conditioning are important considerations when deciding whether it is the right choice for your stay."
