"There are major problems with this listing The wellness facilities were all unavailable during our stay. It was not made clear that we would be charged for electricity and water. The amount we had to pay was iunbeluevalbly high, adding half as much as the hotel fee on top, plus linen charge. We could not use the jacuzzi, as it was filthy,; we did not use the sauna; we turned down all the radiators as we bought logs for the fire. So, it is difficult to see how the energy bill for our actual use...

"Hallo, wir waren zu viert....Oma, Mama und 2Kiddies ...dort. Uns hat es fast ausnahmslos gefallen. Die Lage der Unterkunft geht nicht besser. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten, der Gastgeber hat uns supi empfangen, alles erklärt und war bzw. wäre immer erreichbar. Danke.Vielleicht sollte die Waschmaschine aus der Beschreibung genommen werden. Gerade mit Kindern packt man anders. Und wenn man solche ganz warmen Tage erwischt, wäre für die oberen Schlafzimmer ne Klimaanlage toll, aber je ein Ventilator hätte es auch getan.Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und waren nicht das letzte Mal in Langballigau."
