In Kalkhorst, in the district of Dönkendorf, the holiday home "Naturteich Haus" offers everything you need for a cosy holiday. The two-storey accommodation consists of two living rooms, two well-equipped kitchens, four bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with a bathtub, one with a shower) and can accommodate up to eight people. Amenities include heating, high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), two smart TVs with streaming services, and two washing machines. A baby cot and two high chairs are also available.



The private outdoor area features a swimming pond, a natural garden of approx. 2,500 sqm, an open terrace, a covered terrace and barbecue facilities. Parking is available on the property, with additional free parking on the street. The gates to the property must always be kept closed.



One pet is allowed for an additional fee. Smoking and parties are not permitted. Towels and bed linen cannot be provided. There are three older bicycles available, as well as a storage room for motorcycles and bicycles.



The property provides guidelines for proper waste separation; further information is available on site. Please do not store or dispose of food leftovers outside due to the local wildlife—always use the residual waste bin. Please respect the quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am. Guests must be at least 25 years old, except for children accompanied by a guardian.
