The staff were extremely friendly and helpful — whenever we had a problem, they solved it within 10 minutes. When we went on day trips, they prepared breakfast for us to take away. We ordered our breakfasts the day before, and in the morning they came to the villa to prepare everything fresh. The villa was very clean, although it could use a bit of renovation. The massages we ordered to the villa were excellent and also cheaper than those offered nearby. The location is great too — close to restaurants and in a quiet, pleasant area. Overall, the staff are absolutely amazing and made our stay truly enjoyable!

We had a wonderful 9 nights at the Sebali Resort. The food was excellent throughout our stay with great menu choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The spa was also amazing and we had a couple of great full body massages by the experienced team. Srina, you have magic hands!! All the staff are so polite and accommodating, they are well trained and most speak English very well. There were only two things that weren’t great but one was not the fault of the hotel. The adjacent resort, the Kayon, was expanding and renovating. When you headed to either of the restaurants for meals you could see and hear all the machinery and tools being used. It ruined the atmosphere but it became amusing for my husband and I to watch the building practices. We thankfully couldn’t hear any of the construction work from our room, so we had a very peaceful stay and enjoyed listening to the sound of the waterfall as we fell asleep or relaxing by our pool. The only other issue for us was the bed. It was very hard, but Patek from housekeeping did his best to add an extra layer of softness for us. We still had a wonderful time and would return to the property, but would suggest the management invest in some new mattresses and maybe some sun cover by the private pools.

Great space, well kept. Staff friendly and attentive. Nightly turn down service with lighting of repellent coils was fantastic. Pools were well kept; breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Would definitely recommend for a nice stay.

Great location, although Grab got lost! Villas are great but pool was very slippery and no hand rail to get out/ in Breakfast was good, room cleaned while we’re having breakfast in their onsite restaurant which was handy. Quiet location but quite expensive. There are lots of cheaper options available in Seminyak .

This Villa is quiet but close to shop, restaurant etc. Staff were friendly and very helpful and i will be back to stay here again. The private pool was the best on hot days floating around and relaxing
