Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great, clean rental, close to river and 2min walk to IGA. Pool and laundromat facilities in the middle of complex so easily accessible to all apartments. 2 playgrounds which the kids loved. Great place would stay again

GREAT LOCATION

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean overall. The front door looked like it had been jimmied open and was tired and needed replacing. Curtains in twin bedroom appeared to have Mould on them on inside facing window. Great hot water and apart from those issues mentioned was great.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived at the property, there was no soap, body wash, shampoo. The single beds were almost ready for dump, bed bases were collapsing that we pulled the mattress onto floor, even then the springs were almost giving up under our wt. The carpet was old, the whole room stank with old musty smell. To cap it it was not even that cheap. Not recommending others to stay here.

Great location. Dirty used ashtray on balcony. Soiled sofas and cushions. Sticky drink and food on master bedroom bedside table. Curtains dirty, windows and doors so dirty not been cleaned for ages. Complained to the property manager who offered me a throw for the sofa. All the restaurants on site are closed and so is the reception and shop. The whole holiday park looks tired, pot holes on entrance, unswept stairs to units. The star rating on 4 stars isnt correct and should be a 2 or 3 at best. Similar 4 star properties in area or a very high standard compared to the Riverview Apartments.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay for 3 nights was very enjoyable, and our accommodation was excellent in every way. However, we were woken by noisy neighbours at about 11.00pm on our 1st night. Perhaps a quiet time rule could be introduced from 10PM.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rooms we're not cleaned very well. Sticky drink and food over bedside table as well as dust, filthy soiled sofas, cigarette butt in ashtray on outside table. Advertised as non-smoking via Expedia. Could hardly see out of the windows and doors as so dirty. 3 star at best. Restaurants all closed on site. Advertised as restaurants on site. Whole place is tired and run down.
