- Luxury condo perfectly located in downtown Kalamazoo. Many restaurants and attractions within walking distance. Cozy bedroom with en suite bathroom. Unwind in the living room and enjoy a warm fireplace with city views on the private balcony. Condo has many amenities including free parking, wifi, washer/dryer, dishwasher, cooking utensils and smart tv. Quiet hours are from 8pm to 11am. Party’s, large gatherings and loud music are strictly prohibited. In the event that these instances occur you will be fined $500.
