We only stayed in Kyoto for a few days, but our experience was smooth overall. Our luggage arrived on time by the time we checked in, which made things convenient. The staff were warm, nice, and friendly throughout our stay. The room itself was decent and came with basic amenities. The location is very convenient, just a few blocks from Kyoto Station, making it easy to get around and access transportation, dining, and shopping options.

The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, except for the bathtub, which you don’t realize until taking a bath. Breakfast was a little disappointing for the price, not much choice of fresh fruit and salad, as well as terribly crowded!
