Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy
We stayed at this property (Lothringer Schlag 33) for one night before leaving early due to multiple undisclosed issues: the kitchen refrigerator was broken, the bathroom sink had a major leak that made the bathroom unusable, and the ground-floor bedroom had only sheer, see-through drapes, leaving no privacy. We tried repeatedly to reach the host during our stay and got no response. We eventually spoke with the host in person, and he verbally agreed to refund us for the unused nights but never followed through. Between the broken refrigerator, the unusable bathroom, the lack of privacy, and inconsistent follow-through from the host, we could not recommend this property in its current condition.
