Good hotel for Holiday

It is really a very good hotel standing strong in the Earthquake village. All the Buildings around the hotel are gone in earthquake but very minor to no damage to the hotel. It is also a huger hotel with all the facilities. But cost was quite bit high compared to similar hotels in adjacent cities.

REZİLLİK

Berbat bi konaklama yaşadım. Yanımda eşim ve çocuğum vardı ve resepsiyon tarafından rencide edindim. Hotels.com ile çalışmadıklarını söylediler size verdiğim paranın sorumluluğunu kabul etmediklerini söylediler. Biz hotels.com ile çalışmıyoruz o sorun size ait dediler. Ben sert çıkıştım ve oda tahsis edildi ama suit ile gördüğüm resim ile alakası bile yoktu. Sorun sizin mi otelin mi bilmiyorum ama ben bu siteyi de o oteli de hiç kimseye tavsiye etmeyeceğim. İnsanı küçümser gibi konuşan resepsiyon vardı biz suit odalarımızı herkese vermiyoruz ki felan gibi laflar. Hayatım seyehatlarla geçiyor ama ben böyle bir rezilliği ilk kez görüyorum.

Lausig und geisterhaft!

Wie ein Geisterhaus, riesig und keine Gäste, keinerlei Service obwohl drei Personen in Küche herumstehen gibt es im Restaurant nur Tee oder Nescafe und sonst NICHTS!! Keinerlei Konsummöglichkeit fussgängig zu erreichen, totaler Reinfall!!! Check in Ok, Personal hilfsbereit, Früchte eurden aufs Zimmer gebracht. Frühstück sehr durchschnittlich.. auch keine sonstigen Aktivitäten, Pool etc. geöffnet.. alles wird auf Corona geschoben😒

Convenient stay

It is a pleasant and will situated hotel with great view over the values and mountains. The problem is with the very little English the staff has the communication becomes difficult. Also the floor has some hair on it. There is wonderfully cafe
