I didn't like that the lights were all closed and it was always dark especially level 1. They said there is playstation room but there was none and the arcade room was all off. There is very limited dining choices. It took the hotel 3 days to return our dirty clothes cause we gave them a bag of clothes to be cleaned. Took them 3 days to return it. It was poor service on that regard. Despite the negative end. The positive side is the following Helpful staff Clean room Breakfast and dinner included i like that

Daha önce termal otele hiç gitmemiştim, değişiklik olsun diye geldik. Fiyatına göre idare eder, çok fazla beklentiniz olmasın. Girişte merdivenlerde tutunacak yer yok, engelliler açısından sıkıntılı. Odalar geniş, banyoda el duşu olsa daha iyi olurdu. Tepe duş var ve dağınık akıyor. Kapalı havuzun suyu biraz soğuk. Termal havuz çok sıcaktı, hamamın içinde sauna var. Kapalı duş alanları göremedim, 1 tane hamamın içinde açık duş yeri var. Kahvaltı fena değil, akşam yemeğinde içecek olmaması kötü.

Otel güzel personelleri kibar sadece iki konudan rahatsızlık duydum. Bunlardan birincisi yabancı misafirlerin Japon Kore veya Çin hangi millet olduğunu bilmiyorum yemek sırasısında tatlı alırken tatlılara doğru öksürdü ,öksürük gayriihtiyari olabilir fakat eliyle koluyla ağzını kapatabilirdi bu irite edici bir durum bunlar sürekli bu otele geliyorlar biliyorum en azından bunlar yemek sırasında maske takabilirler ya da başka bir çözüm bulunabilir. İkinci rahatsızlık duyduğum konu da otelde ücretsiz su yok oda da sadece 0,5 lik iki tane su var gittiğim diğer oteller de her köşede küçük ücretsiz sular oluyor yakın otel diye söylüyorum Çam otelde her ücretsiz sular var köşelerde buna dikkat gösterilmeli teşekkürler

Une valeur sûre ! Nous y avons effectué plusieurs séjours et nous n'avons jamais été déçus. Le personnel est vraiment très agréable, le cadre est magnifique et les chambres sont propres ! Ali Kemal, Elmas et Kathy ont été extraordinaires pour les massages ! Une petite mention pour Ali Kemal qui a été aux petits soins avec nous ! L'espace sauna hamam et piscine thermal n'est pas mixte, mais on peut se retrouver en famille dans une piscine intérieure et une autre piscine extérieure. Les seuls bémols sont que l'hôtel est en bordure de route, donc si vous êtes sensible au bruits demandez des chambres "entrée" ou jardin.

Yanlışlıkla yapılan Doğru Tercih

Yanlışlıkla seçtiğimiz ama iyi ki yanlış yapmışız dediğimiz bir kısa dinlenme molası oldu.Açık büfe yemek seçeneği orta düzeyde fakat personelin sıcaklığı özelliklede Ramazan beyin sevecen ve sıcak ilgileri ile rahatlatıcı bir termal dinlenmesi yaptık.
