"Excellent experience at the royal kahana. Parking was great and shaded. There is a bit of road noise that could be loud at times if the sliding balcony door was open. Great partial ocean views from the Lanai. Clean and convenient."

"We stayed at this property for a week to celebrate a 60th Birthday. We thought the property was beautiful. The description of the property was accurate and do give it 5 stars for that. The grounds are immaculate, and the community pool is very nice. The condo itself is very old and we knew that, and we would have gave 5 stars all around, but condo was not clean, mirrors and appliances and balcony doors looked like they had not been cleaned in quite awhile. The furniture is old and cushion covers...

"Beautiful condo resort. very nice beach. saw turtles every morning and evening of our stay around 7am and then again around 5pm. Short drive to Lahaina where there is great food and shopping. We stayed in room B-10 and although it was the only room in B building not renovated, was still very nice and clean. Great view. Got a little warm at night with no AC, but nothing too terrible. Not sure about what some people say about traffic noise, we didn't hear a thing. Would definitely go back."

"Royal Kahana is showing it's age despite the construction going on which made lots of noise during the day. Our unit was nicely renovated. The sliding glass door was noisy at night due to the high winds. Staff and security were very friendly. Parking was easy to find. We would come back."
