"Had an issue with the fridge. Wasn’t cold upon arrival. They fixed it same day. Check in and out was different. There’s a box with a red phone and they’ll give a lock combo to access your keys. But overall the place was good. Especially for the price we paid. "

"I have very mixed feelings about this place. On one hand, the location is beautiful, close to the ocean, with a pool on site and plenty of parking for rental cars. On the other hand, there were several important issues that significantly affected the comfort of our stay. Nowhere in the listing was it clearly stated that the condominium does not have air conditioning. We had to manage by creating cross ventilation, which meant keeping the patio doors and the front door open most of the time. This is far from a comfortable solution, especially when it comes to privacy. Each room had ceiling fans, but the one in our bedroom was broken. There was no low setting, only medium and high speeds. The airflow was so strong that my wife could not sleep in the bedroom and had to move to the couch in the living room, while I slept under a blanket trying to shield myself from the excessive wind. The biggest issue, however, was that we were not accommodated in what we actually booked. The reservation through Expedia was for a studio with a king bed, which we paid extra for. Instead, we were given an outdated condominium with a 1990s style interior that did not match the listing or our expectations. After reporting the issue, we were redirected to the property operator, Vacasa. The case was passed to a manager who left me a voicemail. Unfortunately, instead of offering help, he questioned th"

"Everything about this property was nice and some cases better than expected. The only negative is that on the day we were leaving, at 8:30 in the morning, well before the 11 AM checkout time, while my husband was half dressed in the bathroom and I was half dressed in the kitchen, new guests entered our room with their pass key. They have been given access to the room without the front deck changing the digital card key and without being told check in time is at 4 PM. what a shock to have strangers walking into our room while we’re still there! That’s bad management. The key should’ve been changed. Also the guest should’ve been notified room won’t be ready until four. When we did check out and I told the front desk about this, they said oh I’m sorry. I’ll tell the management."

"We were at the property for the biggest storm in 95 years and they did such a good job of keeping things safe for us and getting the hot tub and pool up and running as soon as possible when the storm settled down. We had a great time. Room was very clean, it was quiet, and we had a beautiful view of the ocean. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The room was as advertised. Small kitchen with everything we needed for our 5 night stay. The king bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was large enough for the two of us with a closet in the sink area. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We watched for and saw whales every morning as we drank our coffee. The host was very responsive when we had a question.There is no air conditioning but we knew that. It did get very warm at night while we slept and fans were found in the closet."

"Yes, we did have a nice ocean view and I absolutely love the pool. The one thing I didn’t like about my unit was it did not have a stove and also there’s no common area we had 10 people, and there was no place for all 10 of us to eat we had to drag tables and chairs out of the condo to be able to even fit 10 of us. There’s no tables by the barbecue. There’s no tables by the pool except for little ones that you can put like a drink or your suntan lotion on I’ve never been to a pool where they didn’t have any umbrellas. Everybody was trying to get this one little tree that had like four chairs in the shade. They need to have larger tables with an umbrella, so people can sit out there and visit instead of having to sit in the condo was ridiculous. I’ve never been to all the condos. I live on the big island. I’ve been to so many condos here and in Maui and I’ve never not seen larger tables out by a pool and never have. I never seen any place for a group of people to get together to enjoy a nice dinner. That’s my biggest complaint. They have this nice grassy area they could do something with and it just sits there with nothing on it."

"Beautiful ocean view condo. Our host Melissa was very responsive to the questions that I had. I personally loved the location, quickly learning how that our favorite beach, kapalua bay, was the down the street. "

"The room was perfect for 2 of us. Communication with the owners was great. The room had everything listed, plus some. There is a tower fan for anyone looking. There are also beach chairs, pool noodles, snorkel gear, a raft to blow up, rain and beach umbrellas, and beach bags. There are also binoculars and all kinds of charging cords in a basket on the shelf. Books, games, movies, cd's, and puzzles for potential rainy days. Lots of whale watching from the lanai during the season, the sea turtles are massive and there are so many! We had an amazing time and have recommended this room to several people already!"
