Room was big and clean. Breakfast is great with good variety. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Mall is next door. Only thing is that the pool area is not handicap accessible.

Good and close to Uni
Close to Ubon Uni. Rooms for 3k baht a month. Very friendly staff. An apt that hàs rooms for daily rent. Room was a bit musty but cleared up after a/c ran. Some chill ants, small. Happens. No real bother. Very comfy bed and quiet efficient a/c. little porch area. No elevator. Was on floor 2.
