I asked upon request if they could fix my bed take my trash out and bring fresh towels while I was out with family for 2 days. Everytime I came back the room was untouched. I ended up getting really sick and found out that the AC UNIT held under the window contained HUUUUUUGE amount of black mold. When I told the staff they were very rude all the way through with everything I requested. I don’t expect special treatment or pamper my ass. But if I’m getting sick due to the negligence of this room. I don’t even expect compassion just do your job. "
