"I had a couple of questions prior to my stay, emailed them 2 days before and did not receive a reply. Upon check-in at 4.30pm my room was not ready. There was underwear and dirty linen in the room so once I was provided with a new room, the management couldn't have done enough for me. I had a very early start the next day however barely had any sleep because there were several other guests who were making a lot of noise well into the wee hours. Not management's fault though perhaps some...
