Easy 10 minute walk to the beach. Community is a resort setting - has two pools, hot tub, tennis courts & BBQ grills at the pool area and clubhouse.
Easy Walking distance to Beaches, Harbourside, intracoastal waterway, shops, restaurants, golf, movie theater Maltz Jupiter Theater and parks. Short driving distance to Roger Dean Stadium, FAU and Palm Beach International Airport.
Palm Beach County's Carlin Park, adjacent to Jupiter Bay East, which has a 1.5 mile Heart Trail, soccer fields, pavilions, picnic areas, a ball field, children's play areas, 6 lighted tennis courts, Bocce courts, civic center and the beach. The Park also features the new Seabreeze Amphitheater.

Great place in a lovely town

The condo was comfortable, clean and well stocked. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive. We found lots of fun things to do in the area and enjoyed some delicious food at local restaurants. If you like to cook, the fish at Pinder’s fish market is expensive but outstanding.

Great location

Located near park and beach. Beautiful wood chip walking path, about a mile and a half long, is located behind the condos. Walking distance to the beach. The condo is very clean and comfortable and has a balcony where you can eat outside. Enjoyed the pool and restaurant on the property and the happy hour as well. The host is super helpful and addresses any problems right away. Have stayed here five times and would definitely stay again.

Wonderful accommodations!!!

We loved this condo!!! We have stayed at many places in Jupiter Bay the past four years, but this is surely at the top of our list! The condo was clean, well organized and had a great deal of supplies in the kitchen and elsewhere to make a terrific vacation stay! Dave was also very responsive and helpful, too.

Excellent Stay

We have rented this property a number of times and have never been disappointed. It is definitely more comfortable than any hotel. Also enjoyed the heated pool by the Twisted Tuna restaurant. Took walks every day along the wood chip path in Carlin Park and went to the nearby beach. The owner responds immediately to any questions or concerns. Would stay again.

Good location

We stayed at this condo for the second time as it is convenient to everything. There's a nice walking path in nearby Carlin Park and the beach is only a 10 minute walk. The onsite restaurant is very good and there are 2 pools on the property, one of which is heated. The condo is very comfortable and the host will help with anything you need. Would stay again.

Great Jupiter Bay condo

We had a wonderful stay. Condo was even nicer than the photos indicate, and staying indoors was very relaxing as the weather was too hot to be outdoors. Dave gave great instructions and was very responsive to questions we had during our visit. We will be returning to Jupiter in the future and hope this condo will be available on those dates.

Needed Vacation Summer 2023

Great location, close to beaches and restaurant's. The property was quiet and well maintained. The condo was clean and very accommodating. Enjoyed the Lanai for morning coffee. Perfect

This was our second 3-week stay at Dave's condo and we'll be back again. The condo itself is a super comfortable home away from home. The condo complex is peaceful and the views from the patio add to that. The location is unbeatable. Close to everything one would want if visiting Florida for the natural beauty, beaches, access to good fresh foods. Dave is always quick to answer questions and always helpful. VERY highly recommended!!

Amazing!

We stayed at this beautiful Jupiter Bay condo from Dec 23rd - Dec 29th 2023. The condo is absolutely beautiful. The beds were extremely comfortable. Bathrooms are newly updated and extremely clean. The kitchen is beautiful and had everything you needed. The host was very communicative and available for questions. The heated pool is amazing with a full-service restaurant (Twisted Tuna) and tiki bar just steps from the pool. What an amazing experience we had! Will stay again when we visit south Florida. Honestly, out of all of the places we've stayed over the years this was the best.

Good Christmas Stay

All in all, our stay was a 4.5 out of 5. The owner was always very responsive, location outstanding, beds and bathrooms as listed. Access to both pools was nice and and easy 10 min walk to the beach. Owner provided beach towels, cooler, chairs and a push cart for all our beach stuff. Also nice to have the enclosed patio as we had coffee and dinner on the patio.The only reason for a slightly lower that 5/5 is floors were dirty when we arrived, very limited in supplies (toilet paper, dish tabs, hand soap) and concrete cutting was happening during our stay which was extremely noisy for a couple days. It would have been nice to know about the construction ahead of time and, if you are there for an extended stay, you may need to bring your own basic supplies.

What’s not to like?

This was our second 1-month stay at this property and it was as nice, if not nicer, as the first. Clean throughout, well stocked, quiet and cozy, and has a wonderful, large screened porch overlooking the beautiful grounds and Carlin Park. The complex is extremely well maintained and is within walking distance to the beach, Carlin Park, the Maltz Theater, and Publix Supermarket. We had a great stay with zero complaints. Also, for those of you that work remotely as I do, there is a workspace/desk in the kitchen that easily accommodates 2 laptops and 2 external monitors. Last, but not least, the host (Dave C.) respond quickly to any questions, etc. Thank Dave!

Wonderful Spot

As it worked out, our son had Spring Break at the same time as I had to be in Jupiter for work. Needing a larger hotel room, we instead decided to to stay in a VRBO. It was the best decision for us. Dave the owner was immediately in touch when we selected his property. We took care of all the arrangements quickly. Then we kept in touch through the process. The Condo is really nice. Tastefully decorated and the size of the rooms for a 3 person party perfect. My wife and son spent most of the time in the Lenai hanging out, reading and listening to the ocean The Beach(Carlin Park) is about a 1/2 mile walk across A1A on the walking trail. Plenty of Restaurants. Grocery Store right next door and you can find anything you need within a few miles on Indiantown Road It’s one of our favorite places we have ever stayed due to the beach, property and location. Easily could live there. Hope to return

This property simply cannot be beat!

The Property: Well maintained. Within walking distance of the beach, the downtown area, the Maltz Theater, and several great restaurants including the Twisted Tuna, located on the property and has something to offer for everyone. The unit (C305E): Extremely clean and well appointed. Huge screened-in deck overlooking Carlin Park and the eastern condo property which is landscaped beautifully. My best description of the unit is well maintained, updated, clean, homey, quiet, and comfortable. Not trendy, poshy or upscale. I might add that Mr. Churchill (host) always responded to us within 5 minutes prior to, during, or after our very pleasant stay.

Superb property and location!

This is a really wonderful vacation property! The condo itself was perfect for our family for 4 - 2 adults and 2 children. The condo was very spacious and was very well supplied with all we needed for a two-week stay. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all we needed to make home cooked meals, there were sufficient towels for all of us, including beach/pool towels, and the beds and living room seating were very comfortable. The hosts provided all things needed to go to the beach, including chairs, umbrella, and beach blankets. The wifi worked great and the large screen television in the living room was super for relaxing in the evenings. The lanai was a great bonus and while it was often to hot to sit in there, we loved to listen to the frogs while sitting out there at night. The location is perfect - close to a number of beaches and restaurants, and a Publix right in the backyard. The condo grounds were great and there were two huge pools available for use, along with an amazing onsite restaurant at one of the pools. The host was very easy to communicate with, provided all the necessary details, and was always very responsive and respectful. Check in was a breeze! All in all, a great stay. Highly recommend this condo!
