Inside, the home's open layout creates a bright and welcoming space for relaxing together. The living room features a plush reclining sofa, a tan leather recliner armchair, a large smart TV with streaming, and warm coastal-inspired décor throughout. The adjacent dining table seats 4 and connects seamlessly to the kitchen, where stainless steel appliances, white shaker cabinetry, stone countertops, generous prep space, and ample storage make it easy to prepare everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners. Sliding glass doors frame the lush backyard, fill the home with natural light, and provide direct access to the screened patio. Furnished with comfortable wicker seating beneath a ceiling fan, this inviting outdoor living space offers another comfortable place to gather while enjoying the peaceful natural surroundings.



This home comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests across 2 bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen-sized bed.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen-sized bed & smart TV.



The shared full bathroom combines modern finishes, featuring a spacious walk-in shower with pebble stone mosaic flooring, full-height gray tile walls, a rain showerhead, and an extended granite single vanity with white shaker cabinetry.

• Driveway parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. Parking on the grass is not permitted.
