"This is our first time in Jeju! We are so happy we stayed at Lotte Hotel Jeju as it made our experience all the more memorable. Service was exceptional!!! We were greeted warmly, all staff was very attentive, our room was upgraded as I was travelling with elderly parents and the staff was worried about their mobility. We loved the breakfast and dinner buffets. The resort is gorgeous and faces the ocean which has a stunning view of the sunset. They have a beautiful outdoor pool, which stays fully serviced until 10pm, is very family oriented and even plays live music on certain nights. They have a large on-site kids area with a bowling alley and casino for the adults. Location is good as central to all major sites. We would come back again and again."
