"1 star. Avoid this place. Booked because of the decent rating and low price for a quick overnight stop, but the room was filthy and unacceptable. At check-in I was told the only issue was the AC, but when I opened the door the room was disgusting — dirty, rundown, and nothing like I expected based on the listing and rating. I immediately went back and asked for a refund. From a distance, the pool also appeared either empty or so dirty it looked brown, which added to the overall impression of neglect. After a long day on the road, this was the last thing I needed. Travelers deserve clean accommodations, even at a budget motel. I left and booked elsewhere. Would not stay here."

"Loved this place! The pool being heated was amazing because it was kind of cold when we stayed. Only complaint I have is perhaps making it more homey, with tvs in the rooms and a comfier couch. But overall the house was gorgeous and in a great neighborhood close to everything. "

"Everything was very clean and comfortable, plenty of towels for everyone and easy to get to. Only downside was there was lots of barking dogs all around the house at all hours and specially at night this is not anything the host can control but still good to know if you're a light sleeper. "
