"This is a first class hotel in the center of Fussen across the street from the old town with convenient onsite parking. Ludwig’s castles are 7 minutes by car or public bus (free with card from the hotel). There is also a nice bath center with hot pools and saunas a mile away by car. The hotel restaurant is very good and serves an excellent breakfast. We were very happy with our stay."

"We stayed here for one night after spending the day at the castle. The hotel is ideally located near the center with walking streets only with restaurants and shops. The room worked well for a family of 4. There is also a kids area and gym for those that may want to workout on vacation. The breakfast was excellent with a large variety of options, including a chocolate fountain! Parking is easily accessible under the hotel with a 2-story garage. "This was the most amazing hotel. Our room was beautiful and the view utterly breathtaking. We had a small balcony and giant picture windows in the room from which we could see a lake with a chain of alps. It’s a short walk to a castle ruins, and a short drive to Old Fussen. The entire area around the lake is walkable. The restaurant was equally amazing. The food was good, the service was amazing. We had breakfast each morning, again, gazing at a lake with mountains, and dinner the first night....
