"The Alaskan Hotel and Bar is a lovely, seemingly well maintained historic hotel with very nice staff, comfortable beds and the best location in downtown Juneau. I had a room with a large toilet/bathroom but check when you book if this is important to you as many rooms do not. The lack of elevator may also deter some. The bar attached was lively. Hotel is easy walking distance to the The Rookery for a delicious breakfast and the city bus to explore. Very nice and welcoming team. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Dallas's property. It was super clean, everything was new from the furnishings to the kitchen supplies. He literally has thought of everything. We stayed for almost a month and there wasn't anything that I need to go out and purchase except food. He was very nice and accommodating to all of our needs. He checked in with us periodically to see if we need to refresh any supplies, etc. The neighborhood was very quiet and the neighbors were very kind and welcoming. ...

area— very convenient to Mendenhall and lots of gorgeous hikes. Def try the halibut fish and chips at nearby Sandbar."

"Overall the property was great, view beautiful and property clean. This unit the porch is not in the front view of water but can see through the trees. Property well stocked with necessities. We were here to surprise family for a graduation so location was awesome for us only 5 min. drive. Downtown about 30 min away. Parking is down a small hill and a few stairs to unit if you have someone who might not be elderly or disabled keep in mind. Can pick up at the top after a few stairs.

"It was cozy and romantic. We're Alaskans, so like a cooler room to sleep in. The bedding was so generous we could open the screened windows all night, waking up to birds and the rising sun was beautiful. Our room was exceptionally private, and the provided snacks were a lovely treat. When we stay next time, we'll try the jetted tub!"
