Had to come for a funeral and there was 13 of us. This house gave us the space we needed and the peace of mind. The family enjoyed the time we had together as best we could with what we had to deal with. The property manager was easy to work with and helped us get checked in early. Thank you
This house was perfect for our group to hang out and fit everyone comfortably. The house had a slight unpleasant smell but nothing horrible and the hot tub was unbearably hot with no way to turn it down. But other than that it was clean and great.
The house is huge, as advertised. Plenty of sleeping room and bathrooms. The hot tub was great. The lake was farther than it was advertised. Most of what we needed was stocked. Unfortunately the pool was still closed for the season. I had reached out 4 times before booking to ask about the pool, but didn't get a response.
This home had an incredible amount of usable space and we had plenty of room to spread out. I especially loved the large modern kitchen with “smart” refrigerator. Everything we needed to prepare several meals. The master bedroom was a treat and has to be seen to be believed. Huge room including a sitting room, extra large bathroom (with walk in shower and jacuzzi tub), and unusually large walk in closet that we used for a nursery. We counted 12 TV’s in the home - so everyone can watch what they want! We gave this home a 4 rating because there were some general maintenance issues. Nothing that really negatively affected our stay - primarily cosmetic issues. We appreciated John, our contact person. He was very kind and responsive to our questions.
Perfect size for our family of 12 in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood and great privacy in backyard with tall vinyl fencing and lots of mature surrounding trees. Property could use a little maintenance, but the property manager was very responsive to our requests.
Wonderful home. All of the amenities were in great working order, if we ever had a question or problem, the owner/property manager was super responsive. For those planning to do cooking on site basic equipment was there. May want to check cabinets before planning all of your menus.

Liked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy
It was a nice house. There was a TV in every room but they didnt have the best connection even when no one else was using the other TV's. The property manager was hard to get ahold of but kind once we heard back from them. It was a fine place to stay.
Stains on carpet, trash in the pool, trash by thr firepit, dirty socks by the pool.

While the home was beautiful, maintenance was lacking. Hot tub was just warm on our first night, but heater didn’t work the last 4 days which was disappointing, and I did let the contact person know. We just weren’t fans of cold water hot tub. TV’s were complicated to operate. Kitchen’s cooking tools were VERY basic and cheap (peeling Teflon skillets and sheet pans, dollar tree quality everything, and a real let down considering the beautiful kitchen and higher end appliances. There was a 8 inch SS skillet and pot but too small for our group. Cheap, rusty, beat-up Charcoal grill was unusable. Pool and sauna were the best part of the accommodations. Overall we enjoyed the stay but we will forever laughingly refer to it as the almost but not quite house because so many things almost worked but not quite. Just enough to be annoying, lol.
My brother, 2 sisters, and their spouses stayed with us. This place was amazing! The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms were very sufficient. The entire property is wonderful. The rest of the family joined us for lunch & supper on one day, but didn't stay the night. There was space enough to be able to retire by yourself for a while, and also the pool was very enjoyable. There were some spots on the carpet, but we at least felt at-home. Most everything was clean. Sufficient toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels, and amenities. Only a couple small problems - one coffee pot did not work & created a mess, kitchen didn't have much for towels, but really minor. The weather (which I know can only be attributed to God) was beautiful. Property manager, John, was very attentive & replied any time I texted him. Thumbs up for this place!
