MAGNIFICENT CALIFORNIAN SWIMMING POOL-HOUSE-le clos des vignes

-Magnificent house with Californian swimming pool with good volume located near Sommières medieval town (6 km) in the village of JUNAS between the vineyards and the garrigue at the end of the subdivision.

-The house can accommodate 8 people up to 10 people with the outbuilding at an additional cost.

-Events and festivities are strictly forbidden during the stay. Weekly rental minimum 6 nights and I accept 14 days max.


On one level and 2 steps in the living room area plus the swimming pool, the house was built in 2004 with nice volumes on the living room level with cathedral ceiling of 6 m, the bedrooms, the kitchen, the terraces, the Californian swimming pool with waterfall and an outbuilding in addition.

It has a living room, an open living room dining room with a large kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms and an outbuilding with a bedroom with shower room plus toilet in addition.
Beautiful outdoor spaces encourage idleness: 2 large terraces, small summer kitchen, Californian salt pool.

The house is located in a small subdivision without vis-à-vis overlooking the vineyards with a paradisiacal Californian type swimming pool.
The land of the house of 1700 m² the The house and swimming pool has no direct adjoining, and its location is in absolute calm and very natural.

Here is some additional information for your future holidays:

- The kitchen is fully equipped with MIELE: microwave, oven, dishwasher, induction hob, two refrigerators and 2 freezers and one utensil and robot equipment...
- The living room has a central fireplace, a round sofa, and another in an arc, a very large TV .

Outside, you have:
- an extra space for cooking (fryer, induction hob, air-flyer, plancha)
- a salt pool,
- a "standard" electrical socket to charge an electric vehicle at the entrance.

You can park inside the land and outside The area is very peaceful and safe.

Traveller access
The entire house, surface area 170 m² and its outdoor space 1700 m2, is at your disposal for your stay. Parking is easy and the house is located in a quiet complex with similar houses all around.

You have service in Junas in the village of a Bakery, a bar-restaurant, PMU tobacco office, bingo, wine cellar, small supermarket) within walking distance.

You also have a centre with local shops in the centre of the pine forest within walking distance (Bakery, Butcher, Press & Tobacco, Greengrocer, Supermarket).

The beginning of the paths start 500m from the house and allow hikes on the Nimes-Fontanes greenway.
