"The staff was very friendly and helpful. They don't clean the room until check out meaning that you need to ask for refills like coffee or clean towels at the front desk. But they provide you with anything you need. "

"The check in process was wonderful everyone was nice and friendly. The room needs some cosmetic work. Only disappointed part was the check out process the door was locked so I had to go to the window the never looked backed so I tapped on the glass they looked at me and kept talking so disrespectful. Other that that I loved having a full refrigerator and large microwave with a stove the room was just a little small but worth the price."

"Nice place - just tiny bummers like the gym being closed for renovation, room coffee maker was on the fritz and room faced the parking lot with some seriously bright lights (fixed with curtains fully drawn). Overall, nice folks and clean room."

"The property is in a good location, surrounded by countless restaurants and shopping. The property itself, however, had a horrific smell that they tried to cover up with air freshening devices. The swimming pool was absolutely dirty and smell like urine, I don’t know why they don’t maintain a better it’s a great amenity."

"The whole building needs to be updated the rooms, hallways, laundry room everywhere I turned I seen touch ups walls,ceiling and floors. The bathroom fixtures falling apart. Just settled in because we where too tired to cancel and didn't want to lose are funds already prepaid. Would never recommend this place to anyone. I hope I it make through next couple of days without any more incidents."
