Make sure you know this is is Cañada del Trigo. There's a claim this is not refundable for any reason. "

"The rooms were old. They need renovations. We had no shampoo and wash soap in the bathroom. No blow dryer for hair. Lots of kids running around the halls- very loud. At checkout time only one reception working the front desk. Waited in line for 20+ minutes. "

"Beautiful hotel out in the quiet countryside, very peaceful unless they are having an event ( they do weddings) but these are nice affairs and it’s nice to see how the Spanish do weddings. But after 1100am all quite so well controlled by the hotel. This really is a unique and quite divine hotel, we stayed in the main building with our Dogs but you can stay in one of the eight chalet time apartments they have on the grounds which looked beautiful with fantastic views to all sides. Menu typically Spanish but all very good. Worth a visit if you want piece and quiet and especially if you have a dog(s) "
