"Clean and ideally located albeit being a residential property in the main street surrounded by businesses means that not all civic functions realise you are trying to sleep between 12 and 2am. But that was a minor issue across 4 nights. "

"Property was very clean, well stocked and a great place to stay whist exploring Clare Valley and all the local wineries. We stayed during a hot spell and the aircon and fans were more than adequate to keep the place at a nice cool temperature. I'll go back during the winter so we can get the chance to enjoy the wood fire.The owners were very prompt in communication and helpful when required.If i was going to be picky I'd say the private area to the side could do with a good jet wash to the chairs and tables, but there were other areas to sit and it didn't detract from our stay."
