"I DID NOT STAY. The owner of the property does not do your company credit. The exact location was never revealed until hours before dated arrival. The property was not suitable or even possible for an 84 year old using two canes and a wheeled walker. The owner never corrected our assumption that Calle del Frutal was wrong, and that the house was not even on Los Arboles, but down an alley I could not be expected to use (gated with a cement barrier of foot high. "Amazing place! So beautiful and located close to the gorgeous lake atitlan. The best food we had our whole time in Guatemala! The free breakfast was a lot of delicious food with choices. The staff was friendly and helpful and the gardens are well kept. We would definitely stay again!"
