We offer for rent our charming family home, nestled in the heart of the countryside, on the Mayenne-Évron road, ideal for a peaceful and green stay with family or friends. Located in a small, tranquil hamlet, very close to the legendary Notre-Dame de Doucé chapel, one of the oldest in the region, this characterful former presbytery offers 162m² of living space. On the ground floor, the house comprises an entrance hall, a WC with washbasin, a welcoming dining room, a fitted kitchen, a cosy living room, and a laundry room. Upstairs, with parquet flooring throughout, you will find: • three double bedrooms (2 with 140 x 190 cm beds and 1 • a double bed (150 x 200 cm), • a twin room (2 single beds 90 x 190 cm), • a bathroom, a shower room, • WC with washbasin. • A travel cot for babies is available on request. Outside, you will enjoy a magnificent wooded park of over 5,000 m², complete with a small pond with fish and frogs, inviting relaxation and contemplation. Ideally located in the heart of the Mayenne bocage, at the entrance to the touristy Gallo-Roman village of Jublains, 12 minutes from Mayenne and 15 minutes from Évron, this house with its authentic charm and English cottage feel will make you feel right at home.
