We had a wonderful stay at Luz. The grounds and buildings are beautiful, and the staff was exceptional. We loved having the trail around the property to take a short stroll, and used the complimentary Trek hardtail mountain bikes to bike back and forth from town. The one minor issue that we had was that we had neighbors in the abutting room one of the nights during our stay, and, despite being quiet, we could hear them pretty clearly in our room.

Luz is simply stunning! Close to flawless. Worth every cent. The food was truly delicious and service remarkable! Staff aim to please and deliver a high level of service.
Do not miss the sunset from the pool

Serviço simpático, comida boa e calmaria

Adoramos o serviço e a comida do hotel. Temos duas sugestões: o roupão pode ser mais macio e o café da manhã, por não ser buffet, poderia oferecer ao hóspede a liberdade de escolher mais de um principal (até porque os doces estão na mesma categoria dos salgados e fica difícil escolher entre ovos e french toast). Recomendamos o hotel!

Hotel bom, mas precisam dedetizar os quartos.

Atendimento impecável, os funcionários são muito atenciosos. Sempre com sorriso no rosto e prontos a ajudar. Local bonito. Comida muito boa. A Detetizacao de insetos precisa ser feita URGENTE! Durante nossa primeira noite, acordei de madrugada, acendi a luz e vi 2 aranhas (uma media e uma grande) saindo do ar condicionado. Parece cena de filme de terror. Muito desagradável.
