INADMISSIBLE

trés mauvais accueil des dirigeants car nous avions réservé une chambre pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant sur la centrale d'achat Hotel.com. L'hotel voulait pratiquer un tarif plus elevé que le montant de notre reservation et a du coup refusé de nous louer la chambre. c'est inadmissible surtout avec un enfant de 8 ans fatigué. Nous ne le recommandons absolument pas !!!!

Bonjour petite résidence propre FABIENNE la gérante est aux petits soins pour nous. Il y a des chambres RdC et 1er Etage elles sont grandes lit confortable sèche cheveux douche elle accepte 1 chien 3€/ nuit. Petit bémol lors de mon séjour les viennoiseries n'était PAS BONNE.

Helios en relachement

chambre avec terrasse et un plateau de courtoisie appréciable ce qui l'était moins ç'est de trouver à mon arrivée la cafetière remplie d'eau qui s'est renversée en la déplaçant , le ménage inexistant pendant mon séjour de 3 nuits (et laissant à désirer à mon arrivée derrière la porte de la salle bain et l'abattant du WC cassé et la poubelle petite et non fonctionnelle) la télécommande TV ne marchait pas..... DONC PAS TERRIBLE malgré un environnement agréable et un bon emplacement de cette résidence hôtelière
