Hotellet ser betraktelig bedre ut på bilder enn i virkeligheten. Slitent og utdatert. Ellers fint. Sovesofaen var hard og ubehagelig.

Sliten byggnad, lite äckligt toaletten med suboptimalt städning. Vaknade mitt i natten med någon som ropade ”spy! spy!” på gatan bredvid (d.v.s dålig ljudisolering). Bra läget mitt i stan (fast Jönköping inte är kanske en megalopolis) och ganska bra frukost. Inte värt pengarna i allmänt. Skulle rekommendera att sluta med ”boka frukost dagen innan” systemet, det är bara jobbigt och stressig.

Slitet hotell

Extremt dyrt med tanke på standarden. Rummet var mkt slitet och sängarna med. Har inte renoverats på länge. Till och med telefonuttagen är kvar. Bäddsoffan var lappad och lagad i botten och mycket ojämn. Mattorna är helt uttrampade.

Inget tvål på toaletten och snuspåsar på golvet. Är i Jönköping med jobb med jämna mellanrum och kommer ej att välja Portalen igen. Påtalade ”felen” vid utcheckningen och fick ett ”ojdå”.

Rummen är mycket slitna

Rummen är mycket slitna och spartanskt underhållna. Mitt rum hade en ihoptejpad kontakt som inte fungerade. Går att sova men inte mycket mer än så. Management borde inse det betydande renoveringsbehovet.

Superbra läge centralt i Jönköping, dock med sämre komfort på extrasäng som vi la till i familjerummet till vår 15-åriga son. specifikt bad vi om en extra säng men som tyvärr inte var i samma skick som våra sängar. I behov av uppfräschning/renovering men annars fint och rent med god frukost

Utmärkt service vid frukost

Bra välstädat rum med sköna sängar. Frukosten var omfattande och jag saknade inget. Snabb service av frukostvärdarna som höll ordning och påfyllt överallt, samt dukade av och höll borden rena för nästa gäst i morgonrusningen.

Ofrächt rum o badrum. Fem minuters spolning innan varmvattnet kom. 200 kr extra om man ville checka in 2 h tidigare trots att rummet var klart. Slitet och inte alls trevligt hotell.

En i sällskapet hade använd tandtråd i badrummet, vi hade lite plastrester i vårt. Det var slitet och elen fungerade inte i alla uttag (2 av 3 i sällskapet lämnade hotellet med döda mobiler). Plus i kanten för en mycket bra frukost, om än trångt med folk TROTS valda tidssloter. Bra läge och trevlig personal.

Servicen var bra vid incheckning. Trots att rummet var på 7e våningen hördes ljudet från gatan in i rummet väldigt högt. Det var som om rummet inte ens hade några fönster. Nattsömnen blev därmed väldigt störd av allt ljud från människor utanför på gatan. Rummet var helt okej standard. Bra komfort i sängar. Frukosten var det som drog ner betyget mer. En eloge till värdinnan som trots lång kö bemötte alla vänligt och försökte ta hand om alla som ville komma in. Men där var på tok för få platser. Det slutade med att vi tog med frukosten upp på rummet. Vi kommer tyvärr inte boka hotellet igen.

Eldre hotell, men store og romslige rom med god plass til ekstraseng, vogn og bagasje. Slitent og usjarmerende bad. Pluss for gode senger, supergod frokost (!), bra beliggenhet og dyrevennlig! Booker gjerne her igjen :)
