It's at least a 4.5 rating. Nice place,especially in it's price range. Good staff, clean, good breakfasts, safe area. Over all a very decent, good value lodging experience. Will not hesitate to stat here in the future

Convenient accommodations right off highway. Clean room , breakfast food available. Not many choices of food around hotel apart from fast food. However 5-10 minutes away there's more choice resturants. Good for the one night stay.

Holiday Inn Express Review

The stay was okay. The room was comfortable and clean. The only issue was that the maids did not understand a word of English, so it was hard communicating with them when we needed extra service like more tissues, more toilet paper or more soap. Breakfast was great.

We stayed here for a visit to the Hershey Park and Hershey World area it's about 25 minutes away, so not right next door, but certainly an easy travel. It's right off the highway, which is nice—comfortable beds, nicely sized. My only complaint is that the bathroom sink is outside the bathroom, and there was a nightlight by the sink that you can't turn off--I had to block it with an object in order to keep it dark.

The staff was friendly. It is an older building but had made some renovations. Our room was clean. They just need to make sure all equipment in the rooms are working. Like TV, batteries in thermostat & smoke alarm!

Great property with very clean rooms—definitely 5 stars. Overall, the place is very nice and offers plenty of parking. However, I did have one uncomfortable experience when I found a housekeeper’s cell phone and charger left in my room. I hope the hotel will work with staff to ensure they have designated spaces to charge their phones, rather than using guest rooms. I value my safety, and finding someone else’s phone in my room made me feel uneasy. I would also prefer if staff members were asked to cover their tattoos. Seeing visible tattoos makes me associate them with danger, as in my opinion, many people with criminal backgrounds have tattoos. This is, of course, just my personal opinion.
