Seaside Friendship House on Lobster Cove

Would you like to be in Maine this Summer? Come stay at the Friendship House, and be part of history at this first stop of the Friendship Road with the sea outside our kitchen window. A magical house in Maine with...tides, where you experience the breath of the earth. Every day our wonderful bay empties and is refilled every 6 hours. Watch the ocean breathing from our balcony or from our private dock, as lobster boats come and go. Enjoy nearby beaches, nature preserves, and restful peace!

The space
We are at the beginning, the Genesis, of a story, an adventure 160 years of building friendship when the Nellie Chapin sailed from Jonesport to Jaffa. You will be in our next chapter.
A lovely pine tree at the parking area welcomes you to our house and dock on the ocean. Enter side door into the first floor. Modern kitchen with oversized refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, disposal, micro over the stove and all you will need to prepare those lobster rolls and mussels from nearby local fishermen. Knock on the door at our neighbor across the street, to buy fresh lobsters and crabs. Ask me for a phone.
Downstairs has one bedroom with 2 twin beds and a separate laundry area.
Upper level has lovely sitting area overlooking the cove, a full guest bathroom, a large luxury bedroom with queen-size bed and en suite full bathroom.
Central vac throughout the house. Look for the hose in small closet in living room.
Roku has been activated for your use. Remember your passwords for Netflix and others if you want to explore more.

Guest access
All the house is open to your use except 2 locked closets and the separate area in the basement with tools and paints. Please do not change any valves or electric connections by the water/well area or furnace room.
