Less than a 5 min drive to Interstates 75 and 675 and a 10 min drive to Southlake Mall and a host of restaurants. Lake Spivey Water Park is within walking distance of the home. This out is great for families with children.

The home is ranch style with a large master suite with an attached den and garden tub, and a deluxe kitchen made to cook with family and friends. The home also includes a deck, and a garage.

Guests will have access to the entire home. A starter pack of toiletries will be included for your convenience. Additional toiletries will have to be purchased by guests if necessary.

As a courtesy to our guests, we're happy to provide early check-in and late check-out. Guests may check-in as early or check-out as late as 1pm for an additional $25 per hour. If you would like early check-in or late check-out, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make arrangements. The payment is due within 48 hours or immediately if booking same day. Subject to availability.

This one-acre, semi-wooded lot is in a quiet subdivision of one of the safest and appealing parts of South Atlanta, adjacent to beautiful walking trails. We welcome family pets for $85.00 a stay up to 25 Lb. Maximum two pets per stay.

Do not park in front of neighbors' houses or on the street.

No unauthorized pets on the property.

DO NOT SMOKE INSIDE THE HOME. Any evidence of smoking will incur a $250.00 fee on the card on file.

Check-in time is anytime after 4:00pm.

How to Check Out

Check out time is anytime before 10:00am.

Before leaving, please:

PLEASE PLACE ALL TRASH INSIDE THE BLACK TRASH CAN BEHIND THE HOME. TRASH BAGS HAVE BEEN PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE.

Make sure you turn off the stove, heaters and lights.

Make sure you lock the doors.

Leave used beds unmade.


Replace any furniture that was rearranged.

Please Place Dirty Dishes in the dishwasher and run a normal Cycle.

Please TAKE OUT ALL THE TRASH and place it in the big black trash can in the back of the house.
