The house has good bones, and has a lot of potential. It appears the owner may have recently acquired the property, and there's still a bit of a 'learning curve' for a VRBO rental. The supplies in the kitchen were very minimal, and there were still some things in the fridge and cabinet from previous renters (and not in a good way). Cleanliness needs some work, but wasn't horrible or disgusting. Passcodes and such weren't sent until just a few hours before check-in, which is a little nerve-wracking when you're driving in and hoping you'll get the info before you get there. On the plus side, big back yard with a really nice deck and firepit area, good sized TVs in all the rooms, good sized house and really close to the University. Overall, an acceptable VRBO rental, and still a better option for the price than a hotel. It just doesn't haven't the look/feel of a vacation rental, more like a student rental. A little more attention to detail and stocking and this would be a really good rental.
